Affected Areas (Sabah) Lahad Datu / Sandakan / Kunak / Semporna / Tawau / Kinabatangan / Kota Marudu and surrounding surrounding areas (including various towns, industrial zones, and surrounding sites)
Outage Details • Start Time: 30 Apr 2026 at 13:07 • Target Recovery: 30 Apr 2026 at 17:07 (TBC)
Impact: • Intermittent / no mobile signal • Voice & Data services affected (2G & 4G) • Customer experience degradation in affected areas
Business / Customer Impact:
CelcomDigi subscribers in the affected Sabah regions will experience service interruption.
Key Message to Customers:
Please advise customers that this is a network issue from CelcomDigi, not SIM-related. No troubleshooting, SIM replacement, or device changes are required.
